  • Brisket: 1-2 cuts (3-4lbs ea.)

  • Chip steak: 2 lbs

  • Stew Meat: 2 lbs

  • Beef Sausage: 1 lbs

  • Ground: 50 lbs

  • Patties: 14 packs (3/pack)

Steaks:​​

  • Sirloin: 4

  • Skirt, Flank, or Flat Iron: 1

  • Ribeye: 6

  • Filet Mignon: 2

  • NY Strip: 4​

  • T-Bone: 3

  • Porterhouse: 2

Notes:

  • Beef frozen and vacuum sealed

  • Ground beef in 1 lb packs

  • Patties are 6 oz each

  • Roast size: 2-3 lbs each

  • Steak Thickness=1 Inch
